Makeup Consultations.

A personalized makeup lesson designed to help you discover the products and techniques that work best for your skin, features, and everyday routine. Book a one-on-one session with a Chicago makeup artist, or bring a friend (or a few) and make it a group. Each session runs about an hour, in person in the Chicago area.

What happens in a makeup lesson?

You sit down together for about an hour and work through what actually suits you. That means the products worth owning for your skin, the techniques that flatter your features, and a routine you can repeat on your own afterwards. It is a lesson, so you do the applying rather than watching someone else do it.

How much is a makeup lesson?

A solo session is $150. Small groups of two to five are $125 per person, and groups of six or more are $100 per person, so the price comes down the more of you there are.

Can I do a makeup lesson with friends?

Yes, and most people find it more fun that way. Bring one friend or bring five. Put the headcount in the form above and the session gets planned around the group.

Where do the lessons take place?

In person, in the Chicago area. Share the dates and times that suit you when you get in touch and Natalie will confirm the details with you directly.

Is a makeup lesson the same as a bridal trial?

No, they are two different things. A lesson teaches you how to do your own makeup, so you leave able to recreate the look yourself. A bridal trial is a run-through of your wedding day look applied by Natalie, and that gets worked into your bridal package. If a trial is what you are after, see wedding and event makeup.
